Cost Reporting
Once we’ve taken your brief we’ll produce an outline cost plan to give us a clear idea of the financial parameters the design must reflect. During the design process this will be developed into a more detailed contract sum analysis. This reflects the working drawings and itemises every element of the works in a clear understandable document.
Following sign-off we commit to delivery of a cost report every single week, without fail. This shows the contract sum value, with any cost instructed variations, provisional sums, projected final account value and the current payment status. This makes everything very clear and easy to understand—the project team can always see the current financial status at a glance. None of our competitors present these reports so regularly, but it’s an essential part of our no-surprises commitment.
