If you are the person in your organisation tasked with this project, you may, or may not, be very experienced in this area. Either way we know you are in the spotlight—it must all run smoothly, there’s a lot of money involved, the company will have to live with the finished product for a long time, and it’s a great opportunity for you to really shine.
