This is the stage our clients worry about the most—and we understand why. The Design and Implementation work often takes place out of sight, and situations can be rectified before they become an issue. The move itself, however, is conspicuous and time critical.
This is the crunch-point for the whole project. If anything goes wrong the negative effects can be very damaging and dispiriting, so we plan meticulously, develop contingency plans and perform extensive risk analysis, to make sure everything goes to plan!
Your Project Manager will be on site with the building supervision team to control everything and oversee security. When the job is completed they’ll double check everything to ensure it’s all totally in order and fully operational. We insist that they are the last one out of the door—that way we can be sure everything is spotless and ready for total business continuity with zero downtime. They’ll be back there first thing on the morning after, with our team, to help you settle in, answer questions and give assistance.
