Turning an open space into a creative and productive office environment requires the coordination of many different skills. We’ll implement everything from the agreed design and working drawings to make it fully operational—the ceilings, partitions, doors, cabling, carpets, phone switches, sockets, reception desk, tea points, blinds, light fittings, the lot.
Speed is essential—the longer you have to maintain two leases the more expensive it becomes. Because we do everything ourselves we can overlap processes, thereby saving considerable time and money. Everything is much more streamlined and efficient.
