The Design & Build approach means the implementation is seamlessly integrated with the Design and Project Management processes. Because Utopia takes care of everything it not only makes delivery more reliable and efficient, but allows many of the different tasks to be overlapped concurrently, thereby saving time and money.
This makes for a more joined-up process. The designer, the project manager and the tradesmen have worked together before, have a good understanding, and have a shared interest in doing the best possible job—it makes everything more controllable, more reliable, and more economical.
