This was a very challenging project management and space planning task that was successfully completed in just twelve weeks.
Nineteen different teams and 224 workstations had to be fitted into an awkward building, within a design that would enable better communication and closer teamwork.
We planned and built the entire interior, then handled the relocation. The improvements are easy to see; the business feels like a community, teams talk to each other more and staff are happier.
